Please find the details of our shipping policy below:

1. Delivery Areas & Costs

Delivery Area: To ensure the quality and freshness of our frozen products, we currently deliver within a 5 km radius of our Gulistan-e-Johar location in Karachi.

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges vary by distance starting from Rs.100. 

2. Delivery Time: Within 90 minutes. Orders placed before 10 pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be delivered the following day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

4. Delivery Issues

Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.

5. Address Accuracy: Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delays or non-delivery.
